Junior Training Consultant

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role is responsible for developing and delivering high end training services for assortment and merchandising solutions globally, in coordination with the regional/local Sales and Customer Success teams. As a Training Executive Consultant, you will be accountable for delivering both client and internal training sessions fostering the optimal use of NielsenIQ software solutions, new employees’ onboarding and increase of awareness and knowledge on NIQ solutions around the globe.

In this role, there is a high level of contact with assortment and merchandising clients and NIQ teams. You will need strong communication skills and be an expert on our product portfolio to discuss all sides of the assortment and merchandising business and achieve the transfer of learning. Secondarily, you will have a supportive role in Product Leadership topics and initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboarding, training and support of new or existing employees on assortment and merchandising products at a global level
  • Onboarding, training and support of new or existing clients on assortment and merchandising products at a global level (required case by case in specific regions)
  • Deep product knowledge and support the NIQ Sales and Customer Success teams with your technical competence. Build up relationships with the defined customers and inspire them, in accordance with the contractual agreements.
  • Revising, modifying, and updating training materials and any documentation needed related to the portfolio of the products
  • Deploying feedback tools to assess the effectiveness and track training outcomes
  • To be involved and contribute to global expert groups
  • Contributes to an ethical, positive, and productive corporate culture, to drive our business growth in the coming 3-5 years.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Communication, IT or Business Administration or similar
  • 1 year of working experience in a client facing role will be a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Office software including Power Point, Excel and Word
  • It will be a plus to have prior training experience and knowledge in training techniques and methodologies
  • Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders and work in a collaborative way
  • Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions and improve processes
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Likes working in a digital environment
  • Be open to flexible working schedule (due to collaboration at a global level)
