Job Description:
负责小分子新药生产工艺开发和优化
Process development and optimization for manufacturing process of small molecule new drug substance.
支持小分子新药注册申报。
Provide technical support for regulatory filing of small molecule new drug substance.
设计、计划和执行药物开发实验。Design, plan, and execute experiments for drug substance development.
撰写、报告和解释实验结果。Write, report, and interpret experiments’ result.
开发新药的合成和生产工艺。Develop synthesis and manufacturing process for new drug substance.
与其他业务部门顺利交流。Communicate with other line functions.
起草新设备的操作规程。Draft SOPs for new equipment.
为提高运营效率提供建设性的建议。Provide constructive suggestions to improve operational efficiency.
设计和开发质量风险评估研究的控制策略。Design and develop control strategy for quality risk assessment study.
为小分子新药注册申报提供技术支持。Provide technical support for regulatory filing of new drug.
Qualification Required:
博士学历。有机化学，药物化学等相关专业。Ph.D. degree. Major in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, etc.
熟练掌握化学实验操作。
Proficient in operating chemical experiments.
具备扎实有机合成理论基础。
Strong academic knowledge in organic synthesis
最少3年以上药物行业经验。
Minimum 7 years’ work experience in pharmaceutical industry.
英文听写熟练。 Proficient in oral and written English
熟练办公及实验软件操作。Skilled in office/lab software operation.
