Job Description

We are looking for a student worker to join our LEGO Global Mobility team.

Mobility is a specialized area of HR focused on developing and managing the programs and policies related to international employee assignments.

Core responsibilities:

  • $ads={1}

    Support with renewing and extending work permits
  • Update HR portal with employee data
  • Create purchase orders for vendor services
  • Support international employees with various topics
  • Communication with our vendors
  • Assist with the relocation of our international interns
  • Assist with different administrative ad hoc tasks – including reports
  • Support with creating presentations and templates

You will join our awesome Global Mobility team which currently consists of 7 colleagues located on global locations. You will become a valuable member of our team and we will do our very best to support your development on a continuous basis.

Do you have what it takes:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies at a Danish University or Business School, where you have at least 1½ years until completion/graduation

  • You are able to work min 15 hours per week
  • Experienced user of the Microsoft Office package
  • Good communicator both in written and spoken forms
  • Service minded individual
  • Prioritize well, sense urgency, and deliver on-time
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team
  • Having attention to details
  • Able to work independently
  • Eager to learn
  • Passionate to work with a truly international clientele
