Dust Busters Plus, LLC is located in Eugene, Oregon.We are hiring entry-level wildland firefighters for the 2023 fire season (no experience needed). The job will be physically and mentally demanding, but the rewards are great. Job Requirements/Details:
- Must be able to respond to emergency fire dispatches
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including working in extreme environments, hiking in remote and rugged terrain, carrying heavy equipment, and sleeping in a tent.
- Ability to work long hours, up to 16 hours a day, with limited down time
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and attitude while working as part of a team to fight fires and protect communities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Seasonal position
- Pay is based on the amount of work during the fire season

Training Requirements:
- Complete 40 hours of online firefighter training
- Pass an arduous level pack test (WCFT)
- Attend and successfully complete an in-person field training
