Liaise with relevant business units with the Bank to ensure compliance with relevant internal compliance Liaise with relevant regulatory authority on submission, incl to address queries and requests for information/clarification Liaise with clients & other professionals on all aspects of the work in progress Employee is expected to assist in execution of corporate finance transaction which involve: 1. Preparation of announcements, circulars, submission and offering documents for the corporate finance transactions handled by the investment bank; 2. Due diligence review of transactions; 3. Co-ordination of other professionals involved in the corporate finance transactions; and 4. Liaise with the regulators on the processing of submissions for the corporate finance transactions handled by the investment bank.
