Senior Payroll Officer [Singapore]


 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for the company
  • Ensure all monthly or ad-hoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
  • Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filling for the company such as IR21 and IR8A

  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, e.g. NS reservist claims
  • Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors
  • Manage queries from employees, Business HR and Finance

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in HR Management or Business related discipline
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submissions such as IR21 tax submission
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Able to meet deadline, meticulous and accurate
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll will be an added advantage
