Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for the company
- Ensure all monthly or ad-hoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
- Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filling for the company such as IR21 and IR8A

- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, e.g. NS reservist claims
- Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors
- Manage queries from employees, Business HR and Finance
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR Management or Business related discipline
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submissions such as IR21 tax submission
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to meet deadline, meticulous and accurate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll will be an added advantage
