bonify – a Berlin based FinTech Startup that enables customers to benefit from their credit scoring and financial data. We give customers free & easy access to their credit score and provide tools and personalized recommendations to help our users to “bonify” their financial lives.
Founded in 2015 by key executives of McKinsey and Zalando, bonify has helped more than 600,000 users to improve their financial situation; to support our mission bonify has received significant funding from international leading VCs (e.g., Mosaic Ventures and Ribbit Capital) and successful Berlin entrepreneurs (e.g., founders of Zalando and Raisin).To further build our team and support our culture we are looking for a motivated person who will help us to develop and grow our bonifyers as well as to create a great work environment. Aufgaben
Your main goal will be to develop and retain the best bonifyers (mostly Tech-based) by:
- Helping to recruit the best talents and improve our recruitment process
- Supporting administrative flow runs smoothly (contracts, working permits, reference letters, etc.)
- Assisting with the onboarding process for our new bonifyers and ensuring their development through organizing training, feedback sessions
- Helping to organize numerous events and workshops
- You have lots of passion for people and organization
- Structure and organization are in your blood and you love to take over ownership
- Multitasking with a cool head is one of your secret talents
- You like to communicate and always find nice and funny ways to interact with your co-workers
- You are eager to improve everything that we do
- You are reliable and are not afraid to speak up if unsure of anything
- You have a near, if not, native comprehension of German (C2/native).

- This is a Working Student position
- For 20-30 Hours a week
- Min 1 day per week in the office (Reichenbergerstr. 124, 10999 Berlin)
- The contract is for one year, with the possibility to extend to FTE in the future.
