工作职责:
- 业务数据统计分析及制作分析简报;
- 支持项目投标文件整理、编辑等基础工作;
- 支持项目开展过程中的基础信息收集和整理,工作底稿的整合、格式调整、基础内容的填写等;
- 统计项目周报报送情况,组织项目质量控制会,做会议纪要并跟进相关举措落实;
- 协助经理、高级经理和合伙人完成项目管理系统审批、项目进度信息收集整理。
岗位要求:
- 工作经验1-2年,不超过5年,国内本科二本及以上;
- 有大型企业、外资企业总经理助理或市场营销及运营负责人助理经验优先;
- 优秀的中文沟通、写作能力,英文可以作为工作语言
- 熟练运用Office软件Excel,PPT,Word;
- 自驱力强、仔细认真、善于沟通。
