HR Analyst | Talent & Performance (temporary 6 months) [Netherlands]

In this position you will partner and collaborate across the business in the definition of talent management practices and initiatives to enable business priorities, succession, and retention of talent. You will drive the DP world Europe talent agenda that enables the DP World group wide to pipeline talent, retend and progress the top talent across the Europe. You are also in the lead of the development of talent analytics and reporting for our European region and group requirements, informing your stakeholders on talent retention, acquisition and development needs.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy talent management strategies, policies, practices and procedures in line with business priorities and growth, and DP World group strategy.
  • Design practices to identify, manage, retain, succession and develop top talent across the Europe region.
  • Design and ensure talent management implementation within country specific policies and legislation.
  • Align the HR calendar and routines to business calendars, budget cycles and other related priorities.
  • Develop and implement a talent development programme that drives career enhancement and personal development in partnership with the leadership development capability.
  • Lead the group wide talent calibration and pipeline development and reporting. Represent talent in all Imperial business and group conversations and reporting.
  • In partnership with HR Business Partners, drive the succession management process to ensure the availability of competent successors for key leadership and specialist positions across business.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of a talent pipeline aligned to DP World requirements.
  • Facilitate senior leadership talent movement through internal talent forums to drive talent collaboration across the group.
  • Provide advice, guidance and support regarding issues related to talent management.
  • Serve as a change champion for talent management initiatives, creating materials to socialise awareness with HR Business Partners, line managers and employees.


Your Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree, post graduate degree an advantage.
  • Up to 8 years of HR generalist experience or leading the talent and performance practice of a large scale organisation.
  • Minimum of 5 years operational leadership / specialist experience in Organizational Design, Talent and Performance specialty.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.
  • Excellent language skills in English, any additional languages are a bonus.
  • You are ready to travel between 30 - 50% of the time across the globe.
