Job Description

Homebase is looking for talented candidates to join Homebase as a Human Resources Executive. You will have the following responsibilities in regards to your strengths and preferences:

Human Resources Development scope:

  • Prepare workforce planning and initiate recruiting strategies according to organizational needs and objectives;
  • Represent Company internally and externally with a goal of relationship building with potential candidates;
  • Formulate Human Resources initiatives to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture;
  • Drive business success by developing learning and development strategies that help increase productivity, improve work relationships, and build morale across the company;
  • Other projects and initiatives to build an employee-oriented, high-performing culture.

Human Resources Operations scope:

  • Enforce employees commitment through developing and maintaining competitive benefit package;
  • Organize and maintain all HR operational systems;
  • Initiate metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies for attracting, developing and retain talents;
  • Perform analysis of organizational development alongside senior managers and anticipate future employment needs;
  • Operate cross-functionally to support and leverage the efficiency of different departments.

Our requirements

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

  • Based in HCMC;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive/Intern with a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws (open to freshers);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • IELTS at least 7.0 or above.
