The Cost & Revenue Data Management team at Seven Senders aims at providing the basis for a truly data-driven company and delivering world-class financial services. This includes one of our most important processes: the invoicing of our customers. We combine data from a multitude of data sources along the supply chain for a more efficient, reliable, and faster invoicing process.
As our (Junior) Data Manager (f/m/x), you will take ownership of the creation of invoices for our customers and take responsibility for the end-to-end process - from data collection to final invoice creation in our SQL-based invoicing tool.
You have an impact on the following topics
- Manage and execute the monthly invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing
- Collect the necessary data for invoice creation, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Utilize and maintain our automated SQL-based invoicing tool
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects, contributing to the development of new features
This is what you need to succeed
- You are number driven and ideally already have some work experience in a Data team
- You have a strong command of SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- You are proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, enabling effective data presentation
- You have an analytical mindset complemented by excellent communication skills
- You pay attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and quality
