Job Description

Perform:
  • Assist Manager in supervising Shinhan Academy’s activities
  • Contribute ideas to build annual training programs.
  • Prepare & manage budget for training programs.
  • Prepare and deliver training courses (Soft Skills and Management Skills)
  • Manage the quality, content of training activities
  • Ensure the compliances issues are managed appropriately in line with related policy.
  • Self-develop in the role of trainer and team leader
  • Review and recommend improvement for Branch Training Scheme and Training Supporting Program
Customer (the trainer/ trainee):
  • Meet the training need of the employee of the bank
  • Maximise the benefit to the employee of the branch through the training activities.
  • Make good communication within the employee and/with the bank through training courses
  • Support to human resource management through training
  • Liaise Unit’s BOM and Director to conduct Survey to identify training needs based on the bank’s strategy, policy and process changes and other factors.
  • Analyse training needs of bank staff to develop suitable training programs or modify and improve the existing programs.
  • Analyze learners’ feedback, evaluate course and Trainer’s performance and the effectiveness of training courses to provide recommendations for improvement.
Well Managed:
  • Manage each training program within the approved budget
  • Manage the learning system
  • Ensure the bank regulation and procedures are beings followed within the team.
  • Develop and organise training manual, materials, visual aids …
  • Provide timely and accurate required training reports
Lead & Inspire:
  • Lead and inspire the Shinhan Academy team to ensure strong performance.
  • Participate in building a high performing team.
  • Build and develop peers and new team members.

Job Requirement

  • Have experience as Training Specialist
  • Ability to lead a full training cycle
  • Knowledge of various training and teaching methods and techniques
  • Sense of ownership and pride in team performance and its impact on the Bank’s success
  • People management: Leadership / Mentoring / Coaching skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software
  • BS degree in Education, HR or related banking field.
