in Belgium and across borders, to help clients make the changes they need to be transparent,

In order to reinforce our team, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist.

Your impact

As Payroll Specialist, you'll make an impact by:

• working on various client assignments related to the employment of staff in Belgium in which you will assist these clients and their employees to meet all their employment obligations. This not only concerns registration formalities, but also payroll processing or audit, social security and income tax support;
• acting as the point of contact for our clients. You will answer their questions, solve problems and give advice while guiding and informing them on their obligations when employing personnel in Belgium;
• assisting in training and guidance of junior payroll profiles.

About you

You have:

• at least 3 years of relevant experience in payroll;
• bachelor in accounting, taxation, legal, social work or human resources;
• payroll systems have no secret for you and you are passionate about payroll;
• fluent in English, knowledge of French or Dutch is desirable;
• the ability to work in team-based environments;
• attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership over assigned tasks.
