About the Project:
Setec Middle East is currently working on a proposal where the scope is to assist the Client for supervising the development of a comprehensive Smart and Sustainable Master Plan and its implementation. The master plan development project is for a large university campus project in Saudi Arabia. The Consultant team shall provide detailed reviews and feedback for all of the master plan project deliverables. This team will report to the Client Project Director by fulfilling the job responsibilities.
About the Role:
Shall be a Civil/Architectural Engineer who has experience in implementing BIM procedures in design, construction and facilities management. Creating 3D and 4D models (sometimes all the way to 8D) to provide a helping hand to project planners. Making sure that all the parties involved fully understand all about the BIM administrative tasks and how to utilize it for positive outcomes. Use laser tools to create As-built building BIM models. Oversee current projects coordination for implementation of BIM models. Assist in facilities management to manage the BIM models and information database and prepare and maintain procedures for updating information. should be able to effectively plan and organize the various tasks and responsibilities required to manage documents, including creating and maintaining a centralized document management system, reviewing and verifying documents, and archiving and disposing of documents. Having experience in master plan development of large university campus projects would be highly desirable.
