Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for travel agents and tour operators
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Respond to inquiries and provide information about our products and services
Create customized itineraries based on clients’ interests and preferences
Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Intermediate to Senior level of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Knowledge of the safari industry is a plus
