Do you need experience?
Yes, this is a key role. Previous experience as a duty manager or a head bartender, ideally in an upmarket restaurant or bar is preferred. It's important you have a high level of cocktail knowledge and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy dazzling with your cocktail skills. Ideally you will be confident with cashing up and have previous staff supervisory experience.
You are looking for a role where you can bring your creativity to work and inspire a team. A solid financial understanding of budgets, wage costs, revenue and cost control systems will set you in good stead, as will experience with stock management. It is important you have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
This is a part time role with a minimum of 32 hours per week. Hourly rate between $27.00 and $32.00.
