Job Descriptions:
- Overseeing all on-site and off-site constructions/maintenance sites to monitor compliance with safety regulations
- Field Experience in Civil and Steel Structures including Painting, Construction of Road Works Min 3 to 5 Years
- Well Knowledge of Civil & Structural and Electrical, Mechanical Drawing
- Well Knowledge in civil structural designing, specs and code of practices (prefer process plant construction works Ex: Refinery/Petrochemical)
- Ensure projects /maintenance works meet customer's quality standards
- Knowledge of solar panel installation works.
- Conduct risk assessment and ensure onsite safety of team members and overall operations in accordance with workplace regulations.
- Skills required to Prepare BOQ, Quotation and Costing/Budget Management.
- Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & Power Point etc
- Manage company resources, workers, vehicles, and machinery and oversee supervisors.
- Schedule Management / Time Management
- Managing all projects in a single hand with skills in target accomplishing.
- Excellence in Manpower Planning and Leadership
- Knowledge of the Worker’s Safety and Health/WSH Act and excellent in communication skills
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil engineering or related discipline with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience at the managerial level in construction sites
- Process good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
- Good leadership and management skills.
- Long-term experience in industrial (factories, petrol/chemical plant) projects desired
- Able to communicate smoothly in English to handle queries and feedback from clients.
- At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in the Process Plant/ construction industry
- Possess a class 3 driving license and is able to drive.
