[Job Description]
1. Handles breakfast includes: eggs, and proteins, a la-carte, style menus, and setting up mise-en-place.
2. Plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
3. Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
4. Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
5. Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
6. Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
7. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
8. Handle and store ingredients and food
9. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
10. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
11. Execute opening and closing procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp3,200,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month
