SIONTIS N. CLOTHES – FOOTWARE TRADING Ltd. was founded in 2004 with two retail brands, Hall Of Brands & Saintsoles.
It initially became active back in 1973 as an individual business. However, its rapid growth led us to the establishment of a limited company. Nowadays, after 5 decades of experience in retail, we have managed to set up 16 stores, which ranks us among the 5 largest chain stores of our sector in Greece
In this dynamic and challenging role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the sales potential and achieving revenue budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing sales activity, ensuring revenue and other sales targets are met, and identifying and actioning any opportunities, issues, and risks along the way.
· Contributing to team performance and enabling its members to consistently perform and deliver.
· Developing and implementing sales strategies.
· Setting and managing sales goals.
· Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and reporting to the CEO.
· Staying up to date with industry trends and developments.
Experience & competencies of a successful candidate:
· At least 5 years of sales management experience at an executive level.
· Α Bachelors’ degree in finance, economics or related area is required.
· Results-oriented with the ability to effectively manage KPIs.
· Knowledge of footwear/apparel retail section.
· Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to travel as required.
