- Checking of clients delivery order and update into system.
- Issue shipping orders (local as well as overseas), delivery orders, packing lists, invoices
- Liaising with forwarders for shipment and correspondence to customer if necessary
- Filing, Maintenance of filing system.
- Answering phone calls, general administration
- Basic accounting knowledge, data entry, payment vouchers issuing and invoicing.
- Sales analysis reporting and other ad-hoc if requires by superior
