Responsibilities:

  • Oversee improvement projects, on various platforms
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop ideas and concepts, the job demands the confidence to creatively assert ideas and passion to sell ideas to peers and other teams to push the campaign across all platforms so that it is holistically aligned 360.
  • Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
  • Develop the visual identity of ZALORA
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
  • Work closely with Buying and Marketing teams to define the company artistic approach and style
  • Develop detailed budgets and timelines
  • Develop and curate the implementation of ZALORA’s brand guidelines
  • Working with the creative and campaign team to establish appropriate Creative direction
  • To successfully lead, manage and support the team of Graphic designs varying in levels from junior to senior
  • Increase efficiency throughout the design team workflow
  • Suggest, develop and implement projects from end to end
  • Develop and rollout creative guidelines for all major branding and seasonal campaigns
  • Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns


Requirements
:

  • Time management & strong project management skills: you are the new optimiser
  • Ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Will be Plus if knowledge of photography and videography
  • The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality
  • A track record of inventive and compelling design work
  • An ease for collaboratives : has excellent communications & follow–up skills
  • Willing & able to lead change
  • Sense of proactivity and anticipation; a high quality standard and a sense of urgency
  • An understanding and passion for fashion and related culture
  • Plus if with an understanding of UX, creative design and layout
