About School Infrastructure NSW

School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.


About the role

Your new role will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative services and leveraging extensive business unit knowledge to support the unit’s program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Provide high level administrative support to ensure the effective operation of various works programs
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of capital works and maintenance programs and projects
  • Provide a range of administrative services to meet the business needs of the team/unit
  • Respond to, and resolve, complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
  • Develop, implement and monitor office systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes and techniques as required, to facilitate efficient team/unit operations in line with agency standards, policies and procedures.
