Customer Success Manager [Sweden]


 

At Future Ordering we are providing a digital ordering platform for global restaurant brands. We have for almost 10 years been working restlessly to create a platform to disrupt the global Food and Beverage industry. Today we are running in ten countries with millions of transactions per month. The company has attracted restaurant brands such as Max Burgers, Sushi Yama, Burger King, Pizza hut and KFC.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager that will develop and maintain positive and long-term relationship with our clients. As a Customer Success Manager you will become a trusted advisor, working strategically with our clients in order for them to reach their sales and marketing goals. You will become a key player of a growing team managing large enterprise clients around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining positive and long-term relationship with our customers.
  • Owning a portfolio of large customers with the focus of upselling solutions and consulting services.
  • Become a trusted advisor and help our clients overcome business challenges for them to reach their best user- and employee experience.
  • Assist with coordinating communication with clients, vendors and teams.
  • Identifying client needs and provide feedback for platform improvements.
  • Being active across internal projects, across all teams.
  • Be a key player of a growing Customer Success team managing enterprise clients and important initiatives.
  • Identifying ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve and refine our services.
  • Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience from a similar role, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Experience with continuous development methodology.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service, project management and quality control skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English.
