Senior Finance Business Partner [Denmark]


 
We are currently looking for a trusted finance partner to support the platform lead(s).

Key Responsibilities
As Senior Finance Business Partner you will drive financial performance for the platform area by providing leadership, guidance and support on financial information, business performance and implementation of strategies.
Key tasks:
  • Own end-to-end financial planning and spend forecast cycles for the platform’s portfolio area
  • Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers and support decision making
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting in support of executive management
  • Own end to end tech cost allocation process to L&S products and lead monthly review with L&S business finance team
  • Drives risk and opportunities views when new investment/initiatives are submitted for approval
  • Ensure cost, forecast and synergies for newly acquired companies are correctly captured and accountability is transitioned to the right platform owner
  • Manage the financial processes and workflow with the GSC in India
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional, intra-divisional, and/or global finance projects
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to achieve better results; Follow standards and ensure compliance with policies as defined by Corporate.
Who we are looking for
The right person for this role will demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills, financial aptitude, customer orientation, business intuition, ability to manage day-to-day financials details and the capacity to work at multiple levels, including partnering with all levels of management, including Technology leaders, HR and Legal.
Other qualifications are:
  • Prior experience (minimum 3 years post qualification experience) within a business partnering environment, performance management or working as part of a business leadership team or in a consulting firm
  • You have a unique ability to address complex and large amount of data and digest them into understandable and presentable management overviews to enable informed business decisions
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Experience with running fast paced high scale projects is a plus
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and engage confidently with leaders at all levels
