ITEC- International Training & Education Counsel is a renowned Australian RPL company.

The Opportunity:

A new and challenging opportunity for a Sales and Administrative Officer has become available in ITEC.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an individual who is a committed self-starter with a drive to succeed and the ability to follow company principles and policy that will lead to that success. Experience in selling is preferred but not essential.

Initial Responsibilities Will Include:

· Carry out market research on RPL.

· Enhance your selling skills.

· Understand RPL Processes

Future Responsibilities Will Include:

· Build, promote and develop business with existing customers.

· Identify and develop new key customers over the phone and meet them in person.

· Provide objective and structured feedback.

· Prepare sales reports and maintain effective customer records.

· Conduct professional presentations to prospective customers.

· Develop long term plans that detail Objectives, Strategies and Tactics for securing new account business.

· Achieve sales target and meet kpi.

Requirements:

· Bachelors in business administration or similar field
· Good communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

Negotiable (Depend upon experience) + Commission and Bonuses.

  • Sales and Customer Success Process Improvement - Experiment with new ideas, processes and tools to improve and scale the way that we engage with customers
  • Customer Query Handling - Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams

Salary: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
