We at Clevry are looking for a Business System Specialist for our client PKC Group. The position is full-time and permanent and located in Finland or Estonia. The offices are located in Kempele or Tallinn, with a possibility to work partly remotely. The starting date in this position is as soon as the suitable candidate is found. Your role
Business Systems Specialist is responsible for IT Business Systems Development and support for named business systems, primarily for WISE and CWISE. In this role, the working area is in both Europe and South America region-wide and global support tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Specifications & Testing: Prepare written specifications, ensure system compliance, and monitor corrective actions and progress
- Training & Support: Create/update training materials, train users and assist super and key users; support helpdesk team
- Project Management: Being part of development projects with internal and external partners and control project flow and onsite implementations
We are looking for
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, IT, or equal
- Previous experience in SAP or ERP systems, experience in manufacturing and business processes is advantageous
- A can-do mindset and proactively takes the initiative
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Strong teamwork, cooperation, and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry is seen as a benefit
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Ability to travel occasionally
