Job Summary/Purpose

Develop and execute marketing plans that facilitate growth and development of the Accessories Center business.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Develop short, medium and long term marketing plans to ensure that the Accessories Center targets are met.
  • Coordinate with Deputy General Manager, Accessories, on designing of marketing campaigns to capture sales based on the market conditions and effective targeting of the appropriate customer demographics.
  • Develop a range of accessory assets and use in all Accessories Marketing environments and mediums.
  • Leverage the above to assemble an accessories catalog (hard and soft copy) that captures the full range of available products, their applications and features.
  • Develop accessory displays and POS materials for use in the vehicle showrooms to capture customers enthusiasm and facilitate the personalization of their vehicles.
  • Manage all accessories marketing requirements, from asset development, through to print, and online media.
  • Develop and market a range of merchandising products to support Lexus and Toyota sales needs.
  • Support all Customer activities and trade fairs to build market awareness of groups' accessories range.
  • Establish a plan to develop then launch of new brand to establish a premium, quality image of the groups' accessories range.
  • Extract and analyze data on accessories (Sales figures, CSI etc.) and maintain customer database for use by sales team.
  • Where necessary, coordinate and follow up with Ministry approvals as per guidelines to ensure all documents and licensing processes are legal with Govt. law to run a campaign.
  • Design public campaigns to increase the customer awareness about the accessories range to enhance the quality image and company heritage.

Minimum Requirements:
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Post Graduate Diploma (Bachelor Degree + 1 or 2years diploma) or equivalent degree OR Bachelor Degree (12th Standard + 3 years or 4 years degree) or equivalent with 5 - 8 years of experience respectively.
Linguistic Abilities: English is a must; Arabic is an asset.
