Description
A renowned multinational company is currently seeking for a Human Resources Manager to join the HR team and play a key role in several HR functions.
The Role
The suitable candidate in this role will be responsible to support policy implementation, communication flow, and compliance within the company. They will also ensure equal application of policies, coordinate internal communications, support human capital development, bridge management-employee relations, manage performance appraisal systems, job descriptions, and employee benefits programs, oversee staffing and payroll, build relationships, allocate HR budgets, and provide guidance to the HR staff.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a Manufacturing company
Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR practices
English: Proficiency level – Oral and Written
Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and Payroll software, preferably Epsilon net
Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (time management)
Reference letters from previous employers are required
