We are looking for Tagalog Speaking Sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You should have language abilities in English and Tagalog.
We are looking for candidates with experience in BPO Tele-sales not customer services.
Please do not apply if you don't have experience of BPO Tele-sales for outbound calls!
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and developing business.
Responsibilities
Contact potential clients to discuss about their inquiry of immigration/Visas
Answer questions about services of the company
Ask questions to understand client's requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as tele-sales representative or Immigration Consultant
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
