- Esperienza professionale pregressa di almeno 2-3 anni in ambito “Cash Collection” o “Customer Care”, preferibilmente presso aziende complesse o in un Gruppo multinazionale.
- Spiccate capacità relazionali, forte attitudine al problem solving e al team working, buone capacità analitiche, flessibilità.
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di MS Office (in particolare Excel).
