Job Position: General Manager

Job Description
Operations Management:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including general repairs, maintenance, quality control, and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Business Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and develops strategies to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintains relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Develop and executes marketing and sales initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and maximize revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities..
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field. A master’s degree would be an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Familiarity with the local automotive market and an understanding of the regulatory environment.
