Customer Service Representative - Remote


 

Hi, we’re Kapture Pest Control. We’re a young and rapidly growing pest control business in North New Jersey.

We're hiring for a remote customer service representative position. While, we are a pest control company and people in our service area see our trucks out on the street, our office staff is entirely remote.

While we keep our business simple, labor regulations sometimes aren't and therefore we require any applicant for this position to be located in Texas.

And while the first thing that might come to mind when you think of Kapture Pest Control is bugs, we’re so much more than that.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t know the difference between an ant or a termite or if you didn’t do so well in your high school chemistry class - we can handle that part for anyone who’s ready to learn.

All we ask for is that you're good with people. If you've been a bartender, waiter or you've been in a customer facing role in retail then we'd expect you to do well in this role as well.

We'll provide the training to build up your confidence and learn the role and industry.

About this position
This is a fully remote, work from home position. It's a 4-day work week and you'd be expected to work Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

In this role, you'll be responsible for exceeding expectations with our clients. You will also be helping us expand in our market by selling new services.

As our first point of contact, you’ll provide comprehensive and accurate information about our services while highlighting all the ways we exceed our customers’ expectations.

At the same time, you’ll also be a great listener who can identify a customer’s pest control challenges and explain how our treatments can solve them.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales calls and sell our services
- Handle incoming calls from existing clients and answer questions, manage expectations and schedule follow up services
- Answer incoming emails and answer questions
- Make outbound calls to help us generate sales
- Follow up with sales leads
- General administrative tasks such as billing, follow up with clients and putting together proposals

Requirements:
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be self motivated and take ownership of schedule
* Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills
* Well organized and detail oriented
* Results driven
* Willing to collaborate with all members of the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
