About the Position
Snack Dogs ApS is seeking a talented Human Resource Representative Intern who will be responsible for creating and executing effective HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the HR team to create and implement effective HR strategies and campaigns.Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including orientation and training programs.
Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Your Skills
Currently enrolled in a degree program in human resources, business administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
A detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources.
