The position is responsible in assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of Sales and Marketing Department.
A. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· Provides support to the Marketing Department
· Create reports for Marketing Programs
· Organize and Manage Marketing Collateral
· Sort, Prepare and Process incoming and outgoing mail for both LBU and VMBU
· Process all CA’s Liquidation
· Communicate and answer Sales Force Concerns
· Explain or Disseminate information to the Sales Personnel in regards of the Marketing Programs
· Maintain office supplies from ordering to inventory
· Assist and participate with Marketing Department Programs
· Gathering of data for the enrollment and availments
· Tracking all CA’s and Liquidation
· Filing and securing all documents and perform office operation
· Perform other task may assigned from time to time
B. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Marketing, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English, Filipino
· No work experience required.
· Amiable, good communicator with high level interpersonal skills
· Results driven, can meet the demands of a highly challenging and dynamic work environment
Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
