Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
If you have good maintenance skills, a great attitude, and the desire to be a key part of your community’s success by providing exceptional services to your Residents, we want to talk to you! This is a part-time position working 28 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Summary
Under the supervision and at the direction of a higher-level Maintenance Technician, provides less complicated repairs and preventative maintenance.
Duties
- Exterior painting of curbs, speedbumps as necessary
- On a daily basis, maintains common areas on the property including laundry room(s), office, community room, mailbox area(s), parking lots and carports, trash and recycling enclosures,
- Keep trash and recycling areas clean
- Winter: snow and ice response, as necessary
- Minor maintenance requests as directed by maintenance team
- Assist Maintenance Technicians with an annual preventative maintenance program consisting of unit inspections
Qualifications

- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to read and understand written instructions
- Must have the ability to complete reports
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents
