Preschool Experienced Teacher
· Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning
· Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.
· Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
· Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes.
· Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem.
· Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling.
· Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
· Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs.
· Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.
· Monitoring free time on the playground.
· Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organized environment.
· Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.
· Communicating with parents to better understand the children's home lives and psyches.
· Writing up reports for parents on each child's developmental progress.
Job Requirement:
· Applicant must possess at least Degree in Early Childhood Education
· Applicant must at least have 5 years & above experience in Early Childhood Education
· Excellent leadership & communication skills
· Applicant must be able to make wise & critical decision
· Applicant must be patient, loving and caring towards children
· Applicant has good command in English (Mandarin is additional)
· Applicant must be able to plan and conduct activities, classes according to age group / mile stones
· Willingness to learn & a team player
