Opportunity: The Joel Gott Wines Marketing Team is seeking a creative and passionate content creator to join our team and help grow one of the top brands in the wine industry on social media.
Essential Functions:
- Create various forms of social media content, such as images, reels, stories, videos & copy suitable for the various social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook & Twitter. Includes capturing content, editing content and providing copy to be ready for posting.

Create and manage an established organic social media calendar in collaboration with agency partner
- Participate in regular content planning and strategy meetings with agency partner and brand stakeholders
- Provide calendar for review to agency and brand stakeholder partners in a timely manner
- Collaborate with winemaking staff to capture content for use across social
- Collaborate with the marketing team and agency partner to ensure that all content is relevant and helps maximize engagement, reach and sales
- Executes content project requests as directed by Supervisor or Digital Agency
- Ensure every piece of content created aligns with the brand voice and style
- Travel to various sites to capture content as directed by Supervisor (winery, vineyard, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags and engagement strategy
- Experience with wine brands and understanding of three tiered system preferred but not required
Qualifications:
- Education: College Senior or 1+ years in a social media role preferred. Wine experience a plus.
- Experience: Digitally native, familiar with the social media ecosystem.
- Experience with content creation, both photography and video and familiarity with editing softwares
- Detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to manage priorities from multiple stakeholders with a focus on the delivery of on-time results.
- Adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to embrace change and to adopt strategies and directional changes on the fly.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
- Have the ability to drive and have your own vehicle
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., or a 9L case of wine.
- At least 21+ years of age
Working Conditions:
- On-site required for capturing content.
- Frequent deadline pressures.
- Numerous projects from various stakeholders in progress at any given time.
- Comply with company safety regulations.
Salary Range: $62,400.00 - $84,200.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
