Your challenge

You are part of the "Client Data Management" team and work in an interdisciplinary, agile team:


You are responsible for:

  • Service Owner of specific topics within Client Data Management (CDB, FATCA/QI and AIA).
  • Define, adapt and integrate checklists and work instructions into Atlassian Confluence.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer within the department and for stakeholders (trainings, intranet pages).
  • Define service and change requests as well as testing and acceptance for software developers.
  • Collaboration in projects, process optimization as well as trouble shooting (error diagnosis and correction).

Your profile

Your skills are:

  • Several years of professional experience in financial services with knowledge of client master data (CDB, FATCA/QI or AIA).
  • Avaloq and Appway client lifecycle management (CLM) experience or Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage.
  • Experience in organizational, project or process management is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of German and English.
