Job Description

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role within our branch network. You will build relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and proactively contribute to sales growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Familiarizing yourself with our product lines and services to provide comprehensive support to customers in line with our Jewson Values.
  • Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, by understanding their needs and offering proactive advice and solutions.
  • Using our in-house systems to process customer orders, manage sales administration, coordinate delivery times, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Ensuring the branch maintains a clean and tidy appearance to create a positive first impression for our customers.
  • Maintaining stock levels and conducting regular stock counts.
