Position: Marketing Executive
Job Location: Gurugram, Delhi and Noida
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company. This includes expanding the company’s presence in the market, developing new relationships with educational institutions and agents, and ensuring that the company’s services remain competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the organization to grow its business.
2. Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities, including building partnerships and collaborations with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders in the education sector.
4. Ensure current and potential clients have a thorough understanding of the company’s services, products, and offerings.
5. Participate in the recruitment of qualified students to meet the admission requirements of the selected universities and colleges.
6. Conduct market analysis, research, and benchmarking activities to identify best practices, future growth trends, and competitive landscape of the industry.
7. Develop and manage the company’s marketing and promotional materials including brochures, website, social media presence, advertisements, and event materials.
8. Create and organize educational events, exhibits, and programs to promote the company’s brand image and to generate sales leads.
9. Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and client services teams to ensure seamless and high-quality delivery of services to clients.
10. Monitor sales targets and achieve or exceed them on a regular basis.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, international education, or related fields.
2. Any Graduate with 3+ experience in a managerial role and an overall 5 years experience should have led a team in the past
3. Deep knowledge of international education trends, student recruitment strategies, and industry developments.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
5. Strong networking and relationship management skills.
6. Good time management, organization, and project management skills.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team player.
8. Willingness to travel, as needed.
