Team and Role Introduction:
About the RoleThis role is with Strategy & Program Management Team in Lazada Group. With our team, you will deliver high-priority strategic projects to drive a significant impact on Lazada's customers and partners across all lines of business. You will help support decision-making in the region through your critical thinking, strategic mentality, and data-driven approach. This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, superb business acuity, excellent planning and prioritization habits, and the ability to articulate and present information to partners at all levels of the business.
What You'll Do
Provide Strategic Insights to support sustained growth for Lazada's business via a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis
Scope new opportunities across lines of businesses
Design and Manage portfolio of Strategic Projects to drive Lazada’s Objectives
Set Right Mechanism and Unite workforce to amplify productivity and impact all business functions to be efficient and appropriately sourced
Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal, as well as many other Cross-functional teams to prioritize and delivery core business Values
Provide thought leadership on problems and build executive ready materials

Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree preferred from a top-tier university majored in Science, Engineering, Economics or related fields
5-8 years of Consulting, Business or Program Management Experience in a Reputed Company
Experience of leading large cross-functional and data driven projects
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
Passion for crafting magical customer experiences and client values
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
Startup Experience a huge plus
Industry Experience like eCommerce, Digital, FMCG, and Retail Preferred
