As our new Supply Chain Manager, you’ll recommend and implement supply strategies for assigned categories within our Food & Paper team. You’ll be responsible for timely and cost competitive procurement of materials and services that are critical to the success of our restaurants!

- Tertiary degree level qualification in a relevant field
- High level analytical problem-solving and commercial acumen
- Commercial Supply Chain Management experience within a consumer product business.
- Experience with food retail and/or multi-outlet industry preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships with suppliers, stores, internal departments.
- Demonstrated track record of strong negotiating performance.
- High work ethic – with a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
- Solutions focused approach.

- Recommend and execute supply strategies to deliver sustained competitive advantage.
- Continually develop industry knowledge of products in your portfolio.
- Develop and foster strong business relationships with key suppliers to deliver continuous and sustainable outcomes.
- Regularly review supplier performance, ensuring service standards are met.
- Work as part of a cross functional team on New Product Development or other related business initiatives.
- Provide effective, insights led, information on price levels and adjustments to key stakeholders.
- Continually, investigate and recommend alternative sources and methods of supply to maximise profitability and effectiveness.
- Implementation of rigorous analysis/strategic thought on key items to deliver long-term strategic competitive advantage to KFC.
