"What would my job scope be?"

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and meet customer demand.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, production, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other external stakeholders to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize excess inventory holding costs.
- Lead supply chain risk management efforts, including identifying and mitigating potential supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor and analyze logistics data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain performance.

- Degree or Diploma in supply chain management or a related field
- Experience working in supply chain management or logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (for liaison)
- Good negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Must be fully vaccinated with booster shot (Covid)
