Customer Business analyst [China]


 

Job Description


This role is for a PRC Customer Business analyst in the BMG (Business Management Group) team. This is a customer facing role and responsible for managing customer supply chain relationships with Intel. This role is expected to be the overall account owner to customers for end-to-end supply management related to product roadmap including demand, supply, order, rebate, inventory as well as daily customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: 1.Driving collaboration discussions with the Customer regarding their demand forecast and marketing strategies 2. Understanding customer sales strategies, market conditions, and competition trends to help drive accurate demand signal 3. Understanding customer needs, Intel's product roadmap and/or strategies to influence customer product decisions and internal supply decisions 4.Manage revenue forecast to align with POR.Clearly articulate revenue projection, risk and opportunities. 5.Order management including drive order deliver on time, logistic request, etc. 6.Building, managing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with key groups within Intel such as global logistic operation, product supply and finance team

Qualifications

1. Fluent oral and written English, Mandarin with good communication skills. 2. Management, Accounting, Supply chain, Computer science, Information technology, Data analyst or a related field. 3. Proficient in Microsoft office application (Outlook, excel, SharePoint etc.) usage. e.g. pivot table, excel formulas, shared editing 4. Experience in various data management tools (Pandas, Matplotlib, R, PowerBI etc.) is preferred 5. Strong in analysis skills, be able to nail down problem statement from basic data and facts, leverage structural methodology to produce different solution options
