As Assistant Housekeeping Executive you are responsible for managing all operational duties of the department. Supporting the other assistants and Housekeeping Manager in the day to day operations. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean and that Anantara’s quality standards are applied and monitored.
As Assistant Housekeeping Executive you are responsible for leading, coaching and motivating your team of approximately 50 team members. You manage the team, you perform administrative tasks, you ensure correct stock management, and you immediately apply all your knowledge into practice. Besides this, you assist in the contact with our external services and suppliers and you keep an eye on the efficiency of the Housekeeping department.

- You know what hard work is and you see a challenge in every situation.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a position as Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Manager
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
