1. This key role directly reports to the CEO and is responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for the company.


2. The primary focus of the role is to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, playing a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the market.


3. The BD Manager will receive comprehensive training to become a proficient expert in formulating business models and designing targeted marketing strategies specific to the areas of concern. This includes identifying target markets and establishing clear expansion goals.


4. A key aspect of the role is to develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, enabling proactive lead generation and outreach to potential business collaborators.


5. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential, as the BD Manager will work closely to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support the growth and success of the business network.
