We are looking for a Remote Clerk to join the team to help provide excellent customer service and contribute to the success of our business. As a Remote Clerk, you will be responsible for providing support to customers and managing customer orders via telephone, email, or other customer service channels. Your main tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and monitoring customer orders. In addition, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask. This position offers competitive salary, flexible hours and the potential to work remotely.
Compensation:$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:- Processing and verifying incoming data and documents, in compliance with company policy.
- Developing and maintaining efficient filing systems.
- Assisting with customer service inquiries, responding to customer needs, and handling complaints.
- Updating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
- Collaborating with a remote team to carry out various administrative tasks.
- Proven professional experience as a remote clerk
- Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Knowledge of North American time zones
- US work authorization
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
