We are looking for a friendly, passionate, outgoing individual to join our team and help ensure every nonprofit on our platform has an amazing customer experience. We care far more about who you are than what you've done. Here are some of the qualities our ideal candidate possesses:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the experience of thousands of nonprofits on our platform. You will not only help guide nonprofits through our platform to ensure they have an excellent experience but will also help grow the number of nonprofits in our community.

Your role & responsibilities include but not will not be limited to:

  • Become an expert on the BetterWorld platform so that you can guide users through trouble shooting, onboarding and getting the most out of their experience
  • Help drive conversion by providing live chat support, video demos and quick sales calls
  • Be a first responder to questions that come up during campaigns from both nonprofits and their donors
  • Help grow the number of nonprofits on the BetterWorld Platform through localized, community centric outreach
  • Host webinars on our products for nonprofits interested in using BetterWorld and help build out the knowledge base for organizations using BetterWorld

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
