  • Position objective:
  • Responsibible for daily CS works.
  • Ensuring all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded into the system.
  • Understanding customer’s needs to recommend systems that support those needs.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Receive additional documents, policy change request, claim request submitted from customers and Sales force. Store documents carefully according to OP's required procedures.
  • Explain and guide customers when perform requests.
  • Explain customers to save the contracts in case the customers request to cancel the policy.
  • Understand and analyze customer’s needs to recommend systems that support those needs.
  • Ensure correct information at the counter and fully update into IL system such as: Contact, Address, ID issue date. ect.
  • Fully responsible for adjustment of customer's information on the system as number of requests received as CS’s rule.
  • Support call center team to perform outbnound call (if any).
  • Record customer’s complaints, send them to relevant departments and then feedback to customers.
  • Compile regular reports to management along with daily metrics reporting.
  • Other tasks/projects as assigned by CS&PS Assistant Manager time to time.

  • Communication:
  • Properly understand the profession, be open in communication and frankly contribute constructive ideas, correct information perform adjustment on system.
  • Good direct communication skills, patiently listen to customers.
  • Client and results focused, with an ability to work with customers to understand and act based on their needs, assess risks, and achieve a valued result.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams, departments and divisions.
  • Requirements :
  • University or college graduated
  • At least 1 years of experiences work life insurance, prioritize working with customer care, customer service and policy service.
  • Good communicate, be careful at work.
