Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Night shift Warehouse Supervisor to be based at our Food Service Distribution Centre in Needham Market. Reporting to the Night shift Manager, you will be responsible for driving the night activities, with the Night team to achieve deadlines and maintain high levels of customer service. You will ensure accurate delivery of goods to our customers; enable and support picking, packing, and loading processes while keeping the warehouse in clean and tidy order maintaining Health and Safety standards including Food Safety.
You
The ideal candidate will be:
- A person who has worked previously with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Able to work methodically with attention to detail and to a deadline.
- Confident in leading a team
- Experienced in working in a multi-temperature environment.
- Can maintain Health and Safety standards in the workplace
- Self-motivated, reliable and has a ‘Can-Do’ attitude.
- Flexible in their approach to their working hours to meet business requirements.
- Well organised and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literate including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
- Experienced in operating MHE, Counterbalance and or Reach (desirable)
